I provide evidence-based, individualized care for patients with high anxiety, trauma, ADHD, executive function challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. Your differences are not moral failings. Together we can use tools like medication, therapy, lifestyle interventions, coping skills, herbal supplements, and more to work WITH your body and mind, not against them, to help you heal. I treat children, teens, and adults, of all genders, am licensed in Washington and Oregon, and offer both telehealth and in-person appointments. 

Many of my clients come to me after feeling dismissed or misunderstood by past providers. You may be highly sensitive to side effects, or wish someone had taken more time to explain both medication and non-medication options. You deserve to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in your treatment, and that's the kind of care I strive to provide. I also have lived experience with late diagnosed ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and I'm familiar with how masking and overlapping symptoms can make it difficult to feel understood.
