Our Wellness Collective
Creative Pathways Wellness Center is home to a community of independent professionals who share a common mission: creating a welcoming, inclusive space where people can heal, grow, and thrive.
Each practitioner owns and operates their own independent business, bringing unique expertise, perspectives, and approaches to wellness. While every provider maintains their own practice, we believe that collaboration creates stronger care. By working alongside one another, we foster meaningful connections, thoughtful referrals, and a supportive environment that benefits both our clients and our professional community.
Whether you're looking for mental health therapy, massage therapy, Reiki, or other holistic wellness services, you'll find compassionate professionals who are committed to helping you on your journey.
We invite you to explore the businesses that make up our Wellness Collective and find the provider who feels like the right fit for you.
Together, we're creating a place where healing, learning, creativity, and community come together.
Creative Pathways Mental Health
Christi Fuentes, LICSW
Owner & Founder
Hi! My name is Christi Fuentes and l look forward to getting to know you! My primary focus is working with children and teens experiencing symptoms of anxiety and OCD. I warmly welcome clients that are part of the Deaf and/or LGBTQIA+ community. I am fluent in ASL and as a queer therapist myself, I strive to create a safe and affirming space where people can exist authentically, without judgment.

As a therapist, my goal is to help children and teens find joy! I do this by working with kiddos to discover their strengths, while introducing coping skills to help them improve their overall well-being. I borrow from many different theory bases, including Play Therapy, Creative Arts Therapies, Exposure Response Prevention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I love working with youth and have a special interest in anxiety disorders. Finding a therapist who specializes OCD in children can be difficult. OCD is sadly misunderstood by society, which can leave clients and their families feeling isolated. I provide a safe and fun space for children and teens to learn skills, stand up to their fears, and find joy.
Dragonfly Massage
Jen Dostert, Licensed Massage Therapist
Rooted in Healing. Inspired by Nature. Guided by Connection.
My journey into massage therapy began with a desire to help others reconnect with their bodies, find relief from the stresses of daily life, and experience a deeper sense of balance, peace, and well-being.
During my time studying massage therapy in Costa Rica, I was surrounded by the healing influence of nature, a strong sense of community, and a culture that values presence, connection, and living with intention. The beauty of the natural environment and the relationships I built with others taught me the importance of slowing down, listening deeply, and honoring the connection between the body, mind, and spirit.
My experience in Costa Rica shaped not only my approach to massage therapy but also my values as a practitioner. I believe healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where each client feels respected, supported, and cared for.
My approach is rooted in compassion, integrity, and the belief that every body carries its own unique story. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs, whether you are seeking relief from tension, support through physical challenges, a calmer nervous system, or simply a moment to pause and restore.
My practice is built on the values of respect, growth, resilience, serenity, and community. It is my honor to provide therapeutic touch that helps you feel grounded, renewed, and more at home within your own body.
