Through guided reflection and journaling, you will choose a personal intention centered around healing, release, or renewal. Wendy will then guide you through a Holy Fire® Reiki Healing Experience—a peaceful meditative process designed to help you enter a receptive state, receive the energy, and allow your experience to unfold in the way that feels right for you.
